Shaughna-Kay Todd

SKT is an apparel and product designer who loves learning about multiple categories of design. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She has 4 years of experience in design in footwear, men’s and women’s apparel, and packaging design. She has worked with a range of clients from beauty and wellness, to fashion. Not only does she specialize in creative design but also in creative direction with proficiency in graphic design. She is a contributing English writer and editor for French publication Naïfs Magazine. Her hobbies include nail art and design, running and pilates, and intensively looking artful fashion creations.

Raised in Harlem, NYC, Royce brings a unique perspective to his photography and film work. His approach is shaped by the creativity and diversity of NYC, with an academic foundation in Sociology/Marketing and the hustle of a former pro athlete. He helps connect the dots from concept to execution. During his creative process, I love finding inspiration that aligns with the present but shapes the future. In his free time, he enjoys reading, meditating, hooping, and healing through my most recent project ‘Hella Reasons to Smile’. If there's an opportunity to uncover a deeper purpose in my work, Royce is determined to pursue it.

Jeffrey founded AndThem after 15 years in Nike Design - Sportswear, Running, Basketball, Kids and the Tokyo Design Studio. AndThem was an opportunity to build on creative problem solving beyond footwear design while providing experiences to a broader group of talented designers. With a strong passion for sport, fashion, education and engineering, Jeffrey has been able to stay curious with board positions at Knoll and the Business of Sports School.

She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Temple University and an associate's degree in accessories design from Fashion Institute of Technology. She has experience with brands like Calvin Klein and Philadelphia Artelier, Wayne Edwards Workshop. Her hobbies include running, thrifting, and exploring nature.
